Brock University - Department of Chemistry

M.Sc. Position Available Immediately!

I have an opening for a graduate student to work on a project on taste and odour problems in the drinking waters of the Niagara Peninsula. Investigations will include the determination of geosmin and methyl isoborneol , the two species mainly responsible for the taste and odour problems, and correlation of their concnetrations to the appearance of algal and other species in waters of Lake Erie.

The research program is to start almost immediately. Interested people should contact Ian Brindle at ibrindle@spartan.ac.brocku.ca.
