RUSS WINS BIG!!!
Our co-op student, Russ, won big prizes at the science fair for the work he did in our group. At the regional fair, he placed 1st in the Senior Division. He also won the Canadian and American Military Awards, and the Pfizer/Sci-Tech Ontario Award for best in the Niagara Region. Russ went on the the National Fair, held at the University of Saskatchewan. There he won a Silver Medal in the Biotechnology Category, the Chemical Institute of Canada Award, the Intel Computer Science Award, one of the eight Manning Young Innovator Awards, and was named one of the top four young innovators of Canada by the Manning Institute.
